- Object. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

Custom and personalized orders

THE STAMPS by Eugen. Custom stamps available on request. We do not commission any designs, but can carve a stamp based on our existing imprints or your own image if available.

THE TOYS by Kate. I do not commission any toys on request, but a few personalized listings are available (like pet portraits, personalized hanging ornaments, minor changes in color of embroidery).

Wholesale availability

We don't do wholesales at the moment.

Why the shipping cost for your stamps is so high?

We ship from Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine (Eastern Europe). The price for International Registered Air Mail shipment includes:

- Postal charge, providing full tracking all way from Ukraine and all over the world;
- shipping supplies (envelope, wrapping, and an individual handmade match-box packaging for the order);
- handling costs and shipping risks - like lost, or stolen, or damaged items - if proved (which is easy as we have tracking), we provide either a refund or replacement and take all shipping expenses.

Shipping cost for multiple items is the same for either 1 or 60 stamps, so you can save on multiple item purchase.

The shipping cost is far from being low but at the moment it is the only secure way for us to ship internationally.
